Shamba Series: Part II - Motivate Your Mind, Realign Your Spine

Come join us at Shamba Fit for part two of our three part nutrition and training series, Learning the Fundamentals: Part II - "Motivate Your Mind, Realign Your Spine." The goal of this session is to teach you how to set realistic goals and give you the tools to stay motivated along the way. We will also be focusing on undoing the damage of desk work and fixing posture with ELDOA alignment.
