  1. Life is going to throw obstacles in your way. ShambaFit is a place for you to train physically and mentally for all of life's obstacles. We leave the cozy chairs, the boring treadmills, and our cell phones at home and get to work!
  2. Attitude is everything and Shamba is a way of life. Being ShambaFit means giving 100% of what you have to the task at hand.
  3. Mind over Matter. The most important muscle you can train is your brain. At ShambaFit, we teach you that the mind is what keeps the body moving forward and with a strong mind, we can achieve anything we want.
  4. No excuses! It is a common fault that we tend to lower our expectations prior to effort to avoid disappointment. We don't do that here at ShambaFit! Shut up, Lace up, Buck up, and you will do better than you expect. 
  5. Pushing ourselves physically and mentally is a great exercise, but we still like to have fun doing it! Our goal at ShambaFit is to create a supportive, positive, community-oriented environment to help build better lives together

Our Style

ShambaFit merges three essential fitness training styles into one compelling and expansive group training experience. These three styles include Functional Training, High Intensity Interval Training, and Fundamental Body Movement Exercises. The combination of these three training concepts improves cardiovascular function, increases strength and provides you with a foundation to improve your everyday movement patterns. At ShambaFit, we have developed workout plans for our classes that provide an effective and exciting workout regimen that will result in fat loss, increase in lean muscle mass and a sense of community and accomplishment.
